Doma, also referred to as domaegi or dombaegi, is a chopping board used to slice and chop various ingredients for cooking. Chopping boards are generally made of thick and solid wooden boards carved into a rectangular shape, and occasionally into a round shape. Though many are made with a foot under the board, some are made without a foot. Today, chopping boards have become thinner and relatively smaller than traditional ones, and those made of synthetic resins are widely used.
