Nationally Important Cultural Property
This is one of the six wooden standing statues of Zao Gongen. It was enshrined in addition to the central figure at Nageiredo Hall. It differs to the other 5 statues as it has its left arm raised and some parts of its body are still colored. It is 140.1cm tall and is made from one piece of hinoki wood. A scientific investigation estimates that this statue was made in Heian Period.
