Nationally Important Cultural Property
This is one of the six wooden standing statues of Zao Gongen. It was enshrined in addition to the central figure. It has a halo with an openwork design and parts of its body are still colored. It is 101cm tall and made from one piece of hinoki wood. A scientific investigation estimates that this statue was made in Heian Period.
