Yeot knife is a tool used to cut yeot (Korean hard taffy). It consists of a flat, trapezoid-shaped blade and a cylindrical handle with a flat head. The knife shown here has a rectangular blade with an oblique edge. The hard taffy would be cut by placing the blade on top and striking the top of the handle with another tool.
