Vertical Plaque with Royal Command for Royal Library Officials

This juryeon plaque was put on a pillar in the Royal Library. Juryeon refers to a verse written on a vertical plank and place on the pillar as decoration. This plaque includes a directive from the king to the officials working for the Royal Library: “Do not enter this office except those who work for the Royal Library.”
