The 15th presidential inaugural ceremony

The 15th Kim Dae-jung presidential inauguration(1998)
As the fifteenth president, Kim Dae-jung's inauguration was held on Feb. 25, 1998 at the plaza in front of the National Assembly. The inaugural ceremony lasted for about 55 minutes, while it was attended by about 45,000 people from all walks of life including dignitaries from different countries. The ceremonial platform, configured to the Acropolis of Athens, was built to hold about 1,000 people, including ordinary people among its guests.
