The First Issue of Joseon Jigwang (The Light of Joseon)
The first issue of Joseon Jigwang was published on November 1, 1922 (Taishō 11th year). Toward the top of its yellowish cover is the English title “THE CHOSEN CHI KWANG,” and below it is a landscape painting drawn in red. In the middle, its title is written vertically in Chinese characters as “朝鮮之光.”
