This folding screen contains illustrations and texts that describe the main building of the Royal Ancestral Shrine, procedures for the main rites held at the place, and instructions for the table setting for the Royal Ancestral Rites. The top half of the screen illustrates the performance of the Royal Ancestral Rites, while the bottom half details the procedure. It is composed of a total of eight panels, and has the same format and contents as the folding screen of Changdeok 6530. The styles of the two paintings on both screens also look similar. From the right, the first two panels record the main building and the annex of the Royal Ancestral Shrine, and the contents of each chamber, including Royal Seals and Royal Investiture Books. The
thirdandforth panels describe every seasonal rite and offerings of various rites in details. The fifth and sixth panels describe the procedures and ritual table setting, and the seventh panel details the overall arrangement of participants. The last panel records the bestowal ritual of Royal Seals and Royal Investiture Books, which was performed by the king himself.
