Length: 48 cm, Height 57 cm, Width 31 cm. Has a pair of drawers that open on the front. The chest of drawers features scenes of everyday Mongolian life which were rendered using Mongolian drawing methods. The scenes on the chest of drawers were commissioned by the Tseyen Beis in 1912 to be painted by the artist Sharav Balduu, who became famous under the moniker “Marzan”, which roughly translates to ‘flam-boyant’ in Mongolian.
