Imperatore atraitne Cisji bija mandžūru imperatore Ķīnā no 1898. gada, tomēr reālā vara Ķīnā viņai piederēja 47 gadus no 1861. gada līdz savai nāvei 1908. gadā. Bija precējusies ar Ķīnas imperatoru Sjaņfenu. No 1861. līdz 1873. gadam un no 1875. līdz 1889. gadam bija reģente. 1898. gadā koncentrējusi varu savās rokās pēc galma apvērsuma.
