R. J. Waters

Raper James Waters was an American photographer in California and Nevada.
In 1892, Waters opened a commercial photography studio in San Francisco.
Photographs by Waters are held at the J. Paul Getty Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Library of Congress, the Online Archive of California, and the University of Nevada, Reno library.
The Library of Congress has two of his panoramic photographs from 1909, three years after the 1906 San Francisco Earthquake.
