CCBB São Paulo occupies a building from 1901 on Rua Álvares Penteado at the corner with Rua da Quitanda. Located in the historical heart of the city, in what today is a promenade.

These columns were common in temples, public buildings and classical residences.

The columns' heads have leaf ornaments and are gold-toned, typical of traditional neoclassicism.
