"“I first started playing around with spray cans when I was still in high school, but I really began to move around in the streets in Athens where I was doing my year abroad. I first used acrylics, but once I found out how much faster and cheaper spray cans were, I quickly switched over.”"

"“The woman who most influenced my life is my mum. What she claims in the drawing means: “babe, find a boyfriend who irons for you” but actually she's ironing herself. My work is dedicated to the whole generation of spanish women who raised their children with the ghost of the dictatorship still on their shoulders, but at the same time aiming for a better future. Somewhere between an emancipated woman and an oppressed one.”"
