Deep mountain forest. Perennial. Around 20-40cm tall. Root leaves completely split into three at the end of long petiole. Branched leaves have short petioles, serrated edges sharp. Flowers blooms Apr-May, white, 2cm, Early spring flowers are characterized by foliar-like leaves and calyx leaves that look like petals, peduncle 5mm long and has no hairs, Calyxes and petals 5 each, and ovaries and stamens are many. Fruits follicle, 12mm in total length,
The pistil remains sharp. Endemic plants on the Korean, one genus one species worldwide.
