Horizontal, rectangular piece. On a background of different shades of blue are four strings of Arabic script in silver on narrow, white, vertical lines arranged evenly all over the background. Around the edges, there is a band of another gray cloth with a taffeta weave and scroll designs stenciled in silver. The edges are finished with a hem and it is lined with a yellow supporting fabric.
