Horizontal, rectangular piece made by joining together two identical rectangular pieces. Gold background with a silver design consisting of two bands of plant and leaf motifs, arranged vertically. Two green bands with a floral design frame the sides and another four identical bands divide the cloth into five parts. There are 21 circular metal hoops along the top edge for hanging. The edges are finished with a hem and it is lined with a beige supporting fabric.

Fortuny design inspired by the Renaissance valances of the 16th century.
