The glosses with قوله are borrowed from various works and thus labeled with certain letters م ,د etc. It is not evident if they were written by the author himself or by someone else; the latter is more probable. The باب العموم begins on f.41v: قوله ويشتمل النادرة على الاصح ومن ثم قال جماعة من العلماء تدخل بنت زنا في عموم قوله تعالي وبناتكم الخ The manuscript breaks off باب الحظر والاباحة on f.182v: قوله وتوقف الاشعري وبعض الشافعية’ قال الاسنوي المختار الوقف قبل ورود الشرح واما بعد وروده’‎
