Perennial. Bogs, high moors, wet sunny open areas. Korea, Japan, China, Russia. Inflorescences erect, scapiform, slender, 6-30 cm, glabrous. Leaves basal, dense, long petiolate, lengths and widths 5-10mm with red, long capitate, sticky, glandular hairs. Flowers white, Jul. Seeds ellipsoid-globose; testa pouch-shaped, extended at each end.
