A beautiful work of palmistry, page 13

Engraving present on page 13 of Opus pulcherrimuz chriomantie, book of palmistry, a treatise on the art of predicting the future by reading the lines and prominences of the hand.
At the top of the page we find a sentence in Latin and Gothic typography letters. Then, we are presented with the palm of a right hand with various planetary symbols. Towards the bottom of the page, we find a handwritten inscription after the edition was printed, apparently in Spanish.
