A fragment of Jurčič's manuscript Rokovnjači

Part of the preserved Jurčič's manuscript of the historical novel Rokovnjači (The Bandits). Due to his illness, Josip Jurčič wrote only 11 chapters. In accordance with Jurčič's concept the work was completed by Slovenian writer Janko Kersnik.
