A Glimpse Into The Life of Vanport College Students

A page from the Vanport Extension Center brochure. The Center opened in the summer of 1946 with an initial enrollment of two hundred twenty-one students. During the first year of operation, approximately two thousand students took work at Vanport.
The center was part of the General Extension Division of the Oregon State System of
Higher Education.
