Abbott's Ice Cream Parlor 1969- Scares from 1968

A street corner ice cream parlor called Abbott's Ice Cream, is boarded up for repairs. Unfortunately, it appears to have been abandon. There are broken windows on the top floor and boards covering the street entrance. There also three people (a man in a suit, tie, trench coat and a fedora hat, as well as two women) near a telephone booth. One of the women is inside making a phone call.
