The navigation and journey of Ferdinand Magellan when he discovered the strait that bears his name. It is a course charted by a Genoese navigator from the armada. It is found on pages 163 to 173 of a volume entitled Livro de Duarte Barbosa e outros papéis. It is fundamentally important in order to recreate the itinerary followed by Magellan's armada to the Moluccas, and then the route of the Trinidad across the Pacific.
