Reverse: rectangular plate, surrounded by lictorial rods on the sides, with an inscription: „NA | PAMIĄTKĘ | UCHWALENIA | KONSTY- | TUCJI | 17. MARCA | 1921” (To commemorate the adoption of the Constitution on 17 March 1921.)
