Agnus Dei

Inside the case of Sacred Art Room are exposed the “Agnus Dei”, or wax medallions variable in shape and size, blessed by the Roman Pontiff in certain circumstances, bearing on the front the image of the Paschal Lamb with the cross and on the back the representation of a Saint or some sacred event. This collection belonged to Orazio Moscardo, second son of Ludovico, canon of the Cathedral of Verona.
