Charles Cissel (born October 3, 1948) is an American singer, dancer, director, choreographer, and producer. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated from Booker T. Washington High School then moved on to star in Broadway productions until returning home to Tulsa. He also made multiple albums as a recording artist. Here he holds two of his albums that were produced by Clive Davis.
