Alice DeBuhr at the Whisky a Go Go

Short description: I cut my long hair off in May of 1972, to the dismay of management and fans alike. I’d fought for over a year to get “permission,” got tired of waiting, and just “effin’ did it!” This photo, taken during a performance at the Whisky a Go Go and hiding part of part of my face with drumstick and equipment, gives a little bit of light on focus. It was the focus we all had on stage, at rehearsals and in the studio.
