The Split Ethnographic Museum keeps an example of a women's folk costume from Sinj, popularly called Alkaruša. It is believed that this is a unique example of a women's clothing set made and worn on the occasion of the arrival of the Austrian Emperor and King Francis I in Sinj in 1818, but also on the occasion of the approaching wedding of the owner Lucija Brajinović.
