Allenby street, Tel Aviv

Tel Aviv’s Allenby Street is one of the places to which Levac has frequently returned during his career to create a visual mosaic that bears witness to life in Israel. The young woman at the center of the photo holds a mirror that reflects an image of life, a picture within a picture that is captured by Levac’s camera and recreated once more.
