An AIROH House being assembled in the grounds of the Tate Gallery, Millbank, London

Also known as the Aluminium Bungalow, the AIROH prefabricated house was designed by Morrisons Engineering Company. An acronym of the Aircraft Industries Research Organisation for Housing, AIROH was a result of wartime aircraft manufacturers needing to diversify production after the Second World War.
