Angelica Palma (Lima, 1878 - Rosario, 1935), Peruvian writer and journalist, was internationally recognized in her time not only for being the daughter of the illustrious traditionalist Ricardo Palma (Lima 1833 - 1919), but also for her narrative work, her journalistic chronicles and collaborations with international publications, as well as for her work as a lecturer and her work in relation to the early childhood education. In 1925, the Lima magazine "Mundial" published an interview with the author upon her arrival in Lima after a trip to Spain. In it, Palma expresses the affection she has towards her country and criticizes the little exposure of it at the international circles.
