Anuradha started her career as an educationist and managed a fitness centre as well. However, it was her family influences that made her realise her true calling. Improvising and innovating upon traditional Kashmiri recipes, today she runs her own successful food business specialising upon Kashmiri Pandit cuisine of the plains.
