Apollo 11 Tether

This tether was used by Neil Armstrong to to support his feet during a single rest period while on the Moon during the Apollo 11 mission. Tethers were also used to exit and reenter the Lunar Module and to secure an astronaut or their equipment to the spacecraft during tricky procedures.
