Arminda Villa-Lobos sitting at her desk in the first headquarters of the Villa-Lobos Museum. The museum occupied some rooms on the ninth floor of the Gustavo Capanema Palace, in the center of the city of Rio de Janeiro, since its creation in 1961, until mid-1986.
