Art Treasures of America—Title Page

"The art treasures of America; being the choicest works of art in the public and private collections of North America; edited by Edward Strahan [pseud.]" were printed in different editions. Frick Art Reference Library has two different editions—the pages shown in this exhibit, which were digitized, are from the Edition De Luxe. There are one thousand copies in the edition. The Frick Art Reference library holds no. 780. The other held at the library is the India Proofs edition.
