Community leader Arthur Evans leads a gay power chant in protest of Fidelifacts Employment Agency, a company hired to perform background checks on job applicants that included whether or not the applicant was homosexual. When its founder was asked how he determined that an applicant was homosexual, he stated: "...if one looks like a duck, walks like a duck, associates only with ducks, and quacks like a duck, then he probably is a duck".
