Zuo Liang, born in 1943, is a native of Chang'an, Shaanxi Province. He is national first-class artist, director of China Artists Association, member of Print Arts Committee of China Artists Association, executive director of China Print Artists Association,member of Qinghai Provincial Literary Union and chairman of Qinghai Provincial Artists Association, and enjoys special allowances from the State Council. He has visited France, the United States, Italy, Japan, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and more than 20 other countries and participated in international art exhibitions. In 1999, he won the lifetime honor of Luxun Print Print Award. His representative works include Chinese painting "Down of Tanggula Mountain", prints "Plateau Wind", "Wind and Snow of Qilian Mountain", "Dajiyang", "Mingyue in Qin Dynasty" and so on.
