historical photography - Bajaja Ballet was staged by choreographer Augustin Berger in 1916, according to the model of Jindřich Kaan from Albeşti. Arnoštka Coufalová (for which we know only the date of birth - 1889) was a member of the choir and danced the smaller role of street dancer Fatmé. The title role of Bajaja was surprisingly danced by ladies, for example by Františka Borecká, Anna Korecká or actress Anna Sedláčková. Therefore Bajaja had been actually a princess.
