The cover has two ties of ribbons with the colors of the American and Brazilian flags, which attach the program to the card, printed in red letters: "Ball offered to the Honorable Edwin Morgan, Ambassador of the United States of America, Brazil, Federal Senate" and the date of the ball. On the back cover, printed in red letters: "Leuzinger & C (...) 5669-13". On the central pages, printed in red letters to the upper center: "Programma", the program with sixteen dances, being: 10 waltzes, 5 polkas and 1 gang; Filled with female names written by pencil: Theresita D. Péreira, Astréa Palm. Mlle Castro Nunes, Mme Cavalcanti, Zaira Nabuco, Mme Fco. Valladares, Zezé Mesquita and Luzia Mattos S. Bandeira. Light green pencil with inscription "A. W. Faber", attached to the card with a string of the same color.
