This object is made of translucent green jade with verdigris on its surface. This neatly carved battle-axe has teeth on both sides. Its flat sharpened edge rises a bit on both ends. The teeth consist of three sections in some cases. By comparison, the jade battle-axe unearthed in Jinsha is similar to those of the Erlitou culture in style.
