One of a set of 18 circular Belgian plates. Plate depicts a town of Namur with boats and fisherman on river in foreground. Namur, situated on the Meuse River, fell to German forces in August 1914 after heavy fighting. Plate has a blue and gold decorated border. Presented to President Wilson by the King and Queen of Belgium at the White House, October 30, 1919.
