Bell scepter from Kartuzy

A piece of thick branch wrapped around (top to bottom) with a leather strap, with a fringe on one side (bottom). The brown strip is attached to the branch with pins. There are 5 metal bells in the shape of flowers attached to the strap. The top of the branches is painted gold.
