Belt was woven from paper and cellophane wrappers in a zig zag pattern. The wrappers are yellow, green, orange and blue. The ends are triangular and there is no buckle. The belt was made by a death row inmate at the Ohio Penitentiary in Columbus, Ohio, between 1920 and 1940.
