Black pine

Illustration of the black pine (Pinus nigra) which once stood in the Walled Garden. This illustration was created by Rosemary Wise a member of the Oxford Botanic Garden and Harcourt Arboretum Florilegium Group. This group produces botanical illustrations, either line drawings or paintings, of a high standard, for archival purposes. Botanical illustrations further the documentation of the living collections at the Garden and Arboretum, providing Oxford University Botanic Garden and Arboretum with an invaluable resource for the future.​
