This front skirt cover is part of an eight-piece Cantonese opera costume. It is heavily embellished overall with blue, silver, and gold sequins and bugle beads. The main portion of the cover features one large flower, while the seven skinny panels extending from the main portion are embellished with a more minute floral pattern. The edges of the panels are edged with blue and white two-toned fringe. The waistband of the cover is also heavily embellished with sequins and secured with metal fasteners.
