Whether traditional or trendy, folk-style games are here to stay. The classic adolescent game called "Truth or Dare" was interpreted as a board and trivia game in the late1980s. This version, called "Dare!" lasted several years through several designs from Parker Brothers. Wacky stunts and somewhat embarrassing questions no doubt contributed to its popularity. Dare! is a good example of such a traditional game published, sold, and apparently played.
