Chef Mongiello originally used torn Boca Burger pieces to make chili with, but later in stir-fry, for meatballs, in hearty soups, for Salisbury Steak, as part of Lasagna one night for Tony Robbins, and in Cowboy Stew. In some markets, you can also purchase what are called "Boca Crumbles" to utilize in medical and vegetarian based cuisines.

Originally featured in the best-seller, Everyday Cooking with Dr. Dean Ornish, the ingredients list has expanded since 1995 for making "Arkansas Chili." This is one of the more famous vegetarian recipes created by Executive Chef Marti Mongiello for Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton.
