An uigwe recording the royal wedding of Sukjong and Inhyeon (1667-1701) in 1681 (Year 7 of Sukjong). Queen Inhyeon came from Min family, a daughter of Yujung Min (1630-1687), and when Sukjong’s first queen Ingyeong died in 1680, she was chosen to be the next queen. The uigwe records in detail, from the preparation of the royal wedding to the number of documents, commodities and labor used for the ceremony, and towards the end, the royal progress of the King receiving a new Queen is illustrated throughout 19 pages. Inside the cover is written down the number of volumes and holding institution of this uigwe.
