Bracelet

Gold bracelets from prehistoric times are rare. In the Netherlands, four specimens have been found at sacrificial sites or in graves. A farmer found this one in Lunteren while ploughing his field. It was probably interred at some point as a burial gift. This is a so-called Omega type of bracelet (after thr Greek letter) and dates from the Late Bronze Age.
