During the exploration of Radvilas palace and their surroundings in the territory of Vilnius Lower Castle, a brick imprinted with a cat‘s paw was discovered. In this item from the 16th-17th century two small paws are visible. Size of the left paw print is 2,7 x 2,76 cm, depth – 0,3 cm. The other print size is 2,5 x 2,6 cm, this imprint is deeper only on the right side. By the depth of these prints as well as their inclination, one can say that this cat was walking to the right side when it stepped into the still-wet clay brick.
